i.Who we are

ii.What information we receive
This site has no forms, accounts or logins. We only receive what you choose to send us:
- If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us: your name, your phone number, your business name and whatever you tell us.
- Our phone line is answered by an AI assistant. The call may be recorded and transcribed so we can call you back and book your appointment.
- If we work together: your business details, your text, logo, menu or list of services, and any access you share with us (for example, to your domain or your Google profile).
- In photo and video shoots: images that may include you, your team, your customers or your location.
- In CocinaLink and the phone assistants: what is described in each service’s privacy policy.
iii.What we DON’T do
- We don’t sell or rent personal data.
- We don’t show ads.
- We don’t use tracking cookies, ad pixels or analytics that follow you from site to site.
- This site doesn’t take card payments or store payment details.
iv.What we use the information for
- To get back to you and prepare a proposal.
- To do the work you hired us for and maintain it.
- To send you receipts and keep our books.
- To comply with the law when required.
v.Who it’s shared with
Only with the services we need for the site and the projects to work:
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr: they deliver the fonts and smooth scrolling on this site. Your browser connects to their servers, which receive technical data such as your IP address.
- Vercel: hosting for this site and for the websites we build for our clients. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and page views: it uses no cookies, doesn’t identify you and doesn’t follow you to other sites; we only see totals (for example, how many people opened a page and from which country).
- Vapi: the service behind our AI phone assistant; it processes the audio and transcript of the call.
- Google Calendar: where the assistant books appointments and messages.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us there; WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies.
- Domain registrars and email services we use in your project.
- CocinaLink and the assistants also use voice and artificial intelligence providers to understand calls. Details are at cocinalink.com.
We may also share information if a law or a valid court order requires it.
vi.Photos and video
Photos and videos from a shoot are used for what we agreed with you. We only show them in our portfolio with your permission. If you appear in a photo and want it removed from our portfolio, write to us and we will remove it.
vii.How long we keep it
Messages from people who don’t become clients are kept as long as they’re useful for following up. Project files are kept for as long as the service lasts and a reasonable time afterward, as a backup. You can ask us to delete them sooner, except for what the law requires us to keep.
viii.Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), strong passwords and two-step verification on our accounts. No system is 100% secure; if an incident affects your personal data, we will notify you as the law requires.
ix.Children
Rubber City Studios works with businesses. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
x.Your rights

xi.Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its date.
