i.What governs
Payment terms are agreed in writing in your proposal, and that proposal governs over this page.
ii.Websites
- If you cancel before we start working, we refund the full deposit.
- If you cancel after we start, we refund the part of the deposit that covers work we haven’t done yet, and we hand over what’s already done.
- The second payment is made when the website is finished and you approve it.
iii.Photo and video
- You can reschedule your shoot at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- If we have to change the date, we reschedule at no charge to you.
iv.Monthly services
Monthly services are paid in advance and are not refunded for partial months. If you cancel, the service stays active until the end of the month you already paid.
v.CocinaLink
CocinaLink’s setup and plan follow its own Refund Policy, published at cocinalink.com.
vi.If something didn’t go as agreed
If you paid for a service and didn’t receive what was agreed, write to us at [pending] or call (330) 736-6974. We review the case and find a solution, which may include a partial or full refund.
